    My local Chinesse restaurant says that the white sauce is gluten-free. They take great care when I order, they wash the wok and the utensils used to make my food. I've thankfully never had a problem.

    Mama's in Oakdale is great. They have a large and delicious gluten-free menu. Cafe Baldo in Wantagh is also good. There is an Outback in Merrick and a PF chang's in Westbury.

    When going to Willow Valley I ate in the Family restaurant. Ask for Keith or Sahall. They made all my meals for me. They did a great job. I was really able to enjoy my first gluten-free vacation with my family. I forgot they do have a website. It's Willowvalley.com

    Thanks again. I looked up the directions to Carrabba's. It's so close to the hotel. My family loves Italian food so this should work out to be a very nice vacation. My children are 7 , 4, and 2.     My family and I drove out to Mama's for dinner last night. When we got there the sign on the door said closed for repairs. We were just there last weekend and it was pretty crowded.     I'm sorry, my 1 year old daughter touched the computer and cut off my post. I did supplement one bottle at bed time for the first month. I found that I made the most milk in the morning. After about six weeks into breast feeding with all my children, I was producing enough milk for them without supplementing. Good Luck. It should get easier soon. ...

    Advil is gluten free. I use it with no problems. There is a great web site that lists both over the counter drugs and prescription ones which are gluten free. It's glutenfreedrugs.com Donna
