  6. I made a killer pot roast the other night using chopped fresh onion, several cloves of peeled whole garlic, and sea salt. Just before serving, I made gravy from the pan juices thickened with cornstarch.

  8. I do too. I get tea lattes from Starbucks several times a week and have for years. Never a problem. Having said that, there are things there that are not gluten-free like the vanilla powder, mocha chips, and a few teas. There may be a few others, they will let you know about individual items if you call.
  9. I use GFP--it's the best tasting one I've tried. I actually like that it makes several crusts--I mix up a box, use what I need and freeze the remainder in individual packets so all I need to do is defrost. I like not having to mix up a crust every time.
  10. Hershey's doesn't agree with me either....too bad because I love the taste of their milk chocolate.

  15. Are the cornflakes you are eating made on shared lines with gluten containing cereals? Sometimes we can become more sensitive to trace amounts of gluten as time goes on. That is where I would start--go over all your processed foods and see if cross contamination may be at play. Better yet, omit them for a time and see if you don't feel better on whole...
