  12. They are not nightshades, but they are root veggies. As far as I know, they shouldn't be a problem for an ulcer unless you have had problems with them in the past.
  13. I was sensitive to corn after going gluten-free, but after avoiding it for a couple of years I can tolerate it just fine.

  18. Hi Loey I still can't tolerate soy. Now corn, I stayed completely away from for a couple of years and I can now eat it again--same with dairy. I was dairy free for a very long time.   20. It is really good--I've been making it since long before I was gluten-free. Never seen it--I'll bet it would be good sprinkled over me yogurt as they suggest. Love the name, though

  22. The meringue cookies reminded me--pavlova!! It's so good just set on top of strawberries that have macerated in some sugar to create juice. <mouth watering>
  23. How about a simple fruit crisp? Top fruit of your choice with a mixture of brown or white sugar, buckwheat flour, butter or margarine, and cinnamon. Bake till bubbly. Can you do dairy?
