I have certain family members who think I'm obsessive--luckily they live in another state so I don't see them much but it still hurts that they don't even try to understand....especially seeing how sick I was for so long and all.... But I decided that I would not utter a word about my food issues or my health at all--if asked, I say "I'm fine", smile...
  14. I've never used a thickener in chili either. The longer you cook it, the thicker it gets. I would simmer it longer uncovered

  16. Check out Garnier--they are very good about labeling and most of their hair products are gluten-free. They have great customer service, too
