  5. Bottom line, I'd say that it depends on your level of sensitivity and plain old trial and error. You will get many answers because some of us are more sensitive than others. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and will only try one new processed food at a time in case I react so I can pinpoint what it was. I eat mostly whole, naturally gluten...
  6. Hi Bea, I am allergic to coconut--so sensitive to it that water filtered through coconut hulls (in most commercial filters) makes me extremely ill. I have gotten so that I can't use topical products with coconut--and most natural soaps and just about all shampoos contain coconut derivatives. I get tremors in my hands, trouble sleeping, and migraines...

  16. Hi all--hope everybody's doing ok the day after...... I had a bit too much phun <by phun, of course I mean wine> and I'm happy to report that my gluten-free pumpkin pie was a hit amongst the gluten eaters. 9PM and I already have me jammies on and am thinking of heading to bed.....
  17. Hi Amanda--nice to see you! My reactions to cross contamination only lasts a couple of days anymore--as soon as I have stopped eating the culprit, in a day or two I'm much better. Hope yours passes quickly too.
  18. Hee! Don't blame you--I'd have tossed it too. Don't want anything spoiling the stuffing.... I normally use GFP French bread, this year I used GFP Sandwich bread and although it was good I'm going back to the French next year.
