    Is there a particular brand you are wondering about? I use Citracal--it's gluten-free for sure. The best way to know for sure is to contact the manufacturer and ask.

    Happy Saturday and plusses to all! Gonna be a hot one here today--we had a few days of rain and the clouds kept the temperatures down but now it's back to reality.... Must get to grocery store before the heat of the afternoon.

    Most days I like greek yogurt with chopped fresh fruit and cinnamon. Sundays we like Gluten Free Pantry pancakes with blueberries and bacon or sausage. The pancakes can even be made ahead and microwaved when you're in a hurry. I do this with leftover batter and it works well.

    Allo used to get hiccups a lot, but in 18 years I never heard him fart. Jan-it!!!! Missed you round here I was just wondering about yer in-laws--glad they've moved in. Kids and grandparents alike must love they're only a bike ride away! Nuttin happening with the house here, unfortunately....

    Dunno--one of the great mysteries of the board. I would think it's a way of grading posts, so to speak. I never paid much attention to it until we started talking about it.

    You got it, Bun And yeah--like the guy laid there through an EKG or a Echo and never thought to say anything? How uncomfortable it must have been to drive/ride to the hospital in the phirst place. So many questions.....

    Oye--good catch on the Benefiber. I completely missed it--I know without a doubt that I would react to it. They can put gluten-free on the label, but that doesn't mean people won't react. I don't mean to contradict your doctors, but that could be your culprit right there.

    It stored fine in the freezer. It mellows a little bit, but does not discolor to the point of being unappetizing.

    Sometimes probiotics can cause gas and/or bloating especially while your body is getting used to them. By chance, did the gas problems coincide with when you started the Align? Just a thought.

    Inside the restaurant, regular meals are served on plain white rectangular plates. Gluten free meals come on a round plate with the Chang's logo around the edge. Takeout is packaged the same, whether gluten-free or not.

    I've had nothing but good luck with PF Changs both in the restaurant and take-out. No matter, though, I always double check with take-out and make sure the food comes on a round plate when dining in. Anyone can make a mistake Glad you caught it!

    I eat the Greek yogurts because I like them better--Fage and Greek Gods are both gluten-free.
