    Give it a try--be sure to use warm water (not cool or hot) and sea salt. I do 1/4 tsp. salt to a cup of water--and completely dissolve the salt--I learned that one the hard way. I do not mix up the salt water in the pot, I use a 2 cup measuring cup.

    We done that already Gawd Jan-it, I wish I had some useful input about yer headaches. I do know that sinus infections are sometimes very hard to get rid of because the medications don't get up in there very well. (that's what an ENT told me anyway). Along with everything you're doing, have you tried using a Neti Pot? Warm salt water is so soothing...

    I had the same problems. I spent a lot of money on supplements that ended up going to waste. I gave up on them for quite a while until I checked out the hypoallergenic line at Kirkman Labs.     I dunno Shroom.....I also have second toes that don't look like they're from the same person. Symmetry seems to have eluded me too I say it makes us unique and interesting If a bit uneven.....
