    Interesting to think about this now after being gluten-free for four and a half years. In that time, I've learned how to make just about anything I want gluten-free and delicious. Two exceptions are big southern style biscuits and Krispy Creme donuts.

    I love this!! mommaofthreebeans, I recommend the book, "The Gluten Free Kitchen" by Roben Ryberg. She uses a mixture of cornstarch and potato starch in all of the recipes in the book. The pizza crust is very good--there is a recipe for biscuits in there too. I'd shoot it to you, but I moved last fall and have not found a bunch of my books yet.

    Enjoy Life makes a safe and tasty candy bar. They are gluten, soy, and dairy free and made in a dedicated facility. I like the Dark Chocolate, but they also have a "Milk Chocolate" (made with rice milk), and a M/C with crispy rice. I was dairy free for 5 years and reacted to Rice Dream.
