    Not true--they can't always see the damage. They need to view the samples (the more, the better--8-10 is ideal) under a microscope to see changes/damage to the villi even if they see something during the endo.

    I always loved good breads and pastries. Loved them--the smell, the taste..... And I always thought that it was the butter, nuts, cheese, whatever was on the baked good that made me sick. I never, ever thought it could be the breads, etc. I was raised with the notion that crackers, toast, and oatmeal would soothe my stomach. Oye

    Work on the phloors is in full swing. No phluid mishaps yet except the contractor and I are having some sort of an allergic reaction to the yucky, dusty, gawd knows what else carpet padding that is being unearthed.

    That sounds delicious! I just put a chicken in the oven, stuffed with lemon slices and garlic. Drizzled butter over the top/salt and pepper.

    I'm glad to hear ya'll are tending to yer phluids. We're gonna have to be on high alert I'm having some phloor work done the next phew days--no plumbing involved so I don't expect a problem.

    I have been (since yesterday) steeping for 10 minutes, covering the top of the mug with a small plate. Seems to work well that way. I also read that it could have a laxative effect if "taken excessively"-- whatever "excessively" means. If something had the potential to cause diarrhea, I will get it no question. I had one cup yesterday, no problem...
