  1. I'm the same way! lol.
  2. My dad is also sensitive to Neosporin. The nurse at his doctor's office told him it was not uncommon.
  3. Those sound delicious! I'll bet the pudding keeps them moist.
  4. It sounds like something else in those products may have affected you. Some people have reactions to ingredients like pea protein and tapioca. This would not be a gluten issue:)
  5. For meatballs/meatloaf, I crumble a slice or two of gluten free bread so it resembles fresh breadcrumbs. For "breading" chicken, I use instant potato flakes.
  6. I think Karen is right-- gluten free baked goods need more fat in order to make them turn out more like wheat based ones. The eggs would add more fat and I think beating them first might help the muffins rise a bit better?
  7. That does sound good! May have to step out of my wine box and give it a try
  8. How about a simple soup made from turkey or chicken? Cover the meat with water in a big pot, bring to a boil, then simmer about 2 hours. Season with sea salt and you could add either your rice or potato.
  9. I see London, I see Phrance.....
  10. I used a bit less-- about a half cup less. I didn't sub the almond milk for sweetened condensed, though. I used it instead of the evaporated milk.
  11. I have used almond milk (vanilla is extra yummy) in pumpkin pie with excellent results:) I use the recipe on the Libby can of pure pumpkin.
  12. I've had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time, and had each done separately. Each time, it was fine. Had the sore throat once. Complications happen, but are not the norm. Take good care and try not to worry:).
  13. We know your fave, Oscar.... I think we should rename it "Oscartini"
  14. I stick to wine, and lots of it
  15. Jiminy, smart 'lil bugger, also said "always let your conscience be your guide"

  18. We better get crackin' on that. "Permanent slip", is that what they're calling it now? I got: right brain--7, left brain--12 Mmmmm....drugs sure, but didja ever see a more perfect headline to post here???
  19. Grandma Brown Baked Beans topped with bacon and Oscar Mayer hot dogs. I am able to tolerate legumes occasionally now:)
  20. I liked Ann too. The current line up of hosts just doesn't do anything for me. Hate when they fix something that ain't broke.....
