  3. The brand names of both are gluten-free. If you are considering a generic, you would need to call the manufacturer and check or post the name here and maybe someone will know. Fluoxetine, which is generic for Prozac, from Teva is gluten-free. Sertraline, generic for Zoloft, from Invagen, is also gluten-free.

  12. The zucchini one, especially, Lisa. I now make it extra thick in a 13x9" pan, load it up with sausage, olives, more cheese, pepperoni, etc. and we just call it "Pizza Casserole". Both of them are very forgiving and you can play with them to suit your taste.
  13. When I was still healing I was off grains for a while. I (and still do sometimes because we like the taste) would make pizza with a meat crust, or a zucchini crust. For the meat crust, I would use ground beef and mix with shredded mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper. Press it onto a pizza pan (should be on the thin side) and bake until browned. Pour...
  14. It is different for everyone--you will become familiar with what is normal for you. Mine is right around 2 hours. As time goes on, they don't last as long for me--I'm generally better in a couple, 2-3 days. At the beginning, it would be closer to a week or 2.
  15. I would take it, no question.
  16. Congratulations !!!
  17. Lo-- best of luck to Superman on the interviews. Keep us posted:).

  22. When reading this, all of a sudden I remembered--wasn't there someone here back when you were on before who always called you by another name?
  23. You have that so right, Jess sweetie I have had Celiac blood work rechecked while in the middle of a reaction. I was not gluten-free for long, and was still making mistakes. I was really ill with my glutening symptoms but my blood work came back perfectly normal. I continue to be very sensitive to cross contamination 7 years into it, and react strongly...
  24. *raising hand*. I posted quite a while ago about my discovery that most water filters used coconut hulls as part of the filtering system. I had been visiting family out of town and drinking Brita filtered water. I was so nauseous I had to lay down. At the time I didn't make the connection. Returning home and back to my spring water, the symptoms resolved...
