    I'm with you, Armetta! I was finally diagnosed last year at age 49. By then I'd been sick for a good 20 years--and misdiagnosed and prescribed many unnecessary medicines. There are so many things that I can no longer eat--and drugs that I'm allergic to--I truly hope that I have hit bottom, and will at least stay at this level, if not improve.

    Hi Sara I'll bet that someone here knows if Pace is safe. In general, though, natural flavor is something that could contain gluten, and must be checked on. The best way to do this is to call or email the company directly.

    Thanks Lollie, Nikki and Lynne Those were all great ideas. The pumpkin and gourds would be beautiful--and go with what I usually do with the porch. I have vinca vine now that spills over the front, but the frost will kill that unfortunately--but we do have winter pansies. Those would be pretty, too. Lights at Christmas--that would look so pretty...
