    I have this on my heels, too--but only in the summer when I wear sandals every day. In the colder months, when I wear closed shoes or sneakers with socks or hose, they clear up and smooth out. It's the same with me--if I stay on it, and use the pumice stone and moisturizer almost daily, it helps a lot. (But i'm lazy and don't do this as often as I should...

    I believe the shelf life dry is a year (unopened or in an airtight container), after mixing with water, it's a week.

The thing I notice about the recipes is that they use things like gelatine and eggs--both of which I don't want to use.     Hi Miamia How are things today? I have not used dairy in over 2 years. I use Vance's Dari Free. It's a potato-based milk substitute--it contains no soy, grain, nuts or gluten. It makes pretty good "ice cream!" Open Original Shared Link

    I get this symptom, too. I wear a night guard to bed because I clench so hard I cause myself head/neck aches.
