    Hi Brittany! I'm so glad that everything went so smoothly. After mine, the doctor came over to tell me a few things--as soon as he walked away, I forgot everything he said . I had to ask the nurse to see if he'd come back in and repeat what he had just told me.

    Rheumatiz Medicine I remember that! When I was young, we had a gas stove with a pilot light. My mom used to keep a dish of the stuff on the stove over the pilot light whenever someone in the house was sick. It would stay nicely warm there all day.

    I get lower abdominal cramping, gas, and a general feeling of being unwell. Soy also makes my face break out--my face gets very oily--the only time this happens is with soy.

    I drink Poland Spring Water. It was recommended to me by a Kinesiologist--I can't drink filtered as most of the filters use coconut hulls. The other recommendation I'd have would be a reverse-osmosis filter.

    Hi Fiddle Faddle I have very sensitive skin and roseaca. I've been using Zia Moisturizing Cleanser--and find that I don't really need a daily moisturizer.     I like the Giovanni that Turtle uses and also ShiKai Everyday Shampoo and Conditioner. Neither of those contain SLS, which I need to stay away from.

    Yes, Beverly is right--I didn't have any problems with it. I did have the metalic taste in my mouth, but none of the other side effects. I can't tell how old you are by your picture, but my doctor told me that drinking alcohol while on this will cause vomiting. Hope you feel better soon!

    Ravenwood, that sounds awful! I'm so glad that you thought to look further and figure out the cause of those symptoms. Don't feel stupid--we have to be food detectives and chemists, both, and sometimes things will slip by. The important thing is that you figured it out. Here's hoping that it all clears quickly.
