    I do too and I'm ridiculously sensitive. They prepare gluten-free foods in a separate area of the kitchen. I love it there

    The point of the thread is that the ingredients changed--I doubt soy in the mix would have been a topic of conversation if they had included it originally. Those of us with additional sensitivities are very used to scanning ingredient lists for more than gluten--many mixes and prepared gluten-free foods have things that we can't have and that's fine. ...

    I hear ya....it's amazing what some people think it is we eat--and don't eat! I've heard things like--"wow, you can eat bacon??" My husband's new boss asked him if he ate "my food" and if it was "bland". Your mom sounds great, though, and I'm sure that before long she'll be a pro at gluten-free cooking

    I'm in SJ at my son's house. Tomorrow, the guys have a holiday lunch they attend every year with a car club they belong to. Mark missed it last year, due to living in TexAss, so they are really looking forward to it.     I know Treasure Island! We bought our 10 phoot artificial tree there a bunch of years ago that hasn't phit in any house since. Don't recall seeing penile decorations at the time ....shoulda looked harder hee! 'harder' Yeah--the former can rev ya up fer the latter

    Last night--vegetable risotto with lots of carrot, spinach and cheese and acorn squash. A big batch, as I'm taking some to husband's company Christmas party tonight. Restaurant will heat and plate it for me--they thought bringing my own food would be "safer for everyone".
