    For anyone who is interested, and lives in the area, Joans will be at the celiac fair in NY coming up! I am not ordering anything online, I hope she will be selling it there and I can just bring it home without paying a shipping charge.. some vendors will be selling, others I am not sure, but her name was on the vendor list last time I looked!

    Has anyone ever done this? I am using Bette Hagamans recipe and she says it should look like pancake batter, mine is sooo thick, maybe it changes with the fermenting process??? I dont think it does though.. any help?

    I am so sorry to hear about your lousy experiences with the Chilis there in Calgary. I hope they become more educated, they have quite a bit on their menu that is gluten free, at least in the States they do. You can go to their website and print it out yourself.     I always get the honey bbq sirlion steak with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, no seasonings. I never get sick. This is one place I am truly lucky with... this and the Bonefish Grill now, been there twice and no sick!! YAY

    I have used Polly O, Sorrento, ShopRite brand and my favorite Biazzo. I have had no problems with any of these! Good luck! stuffed shells sounds yummy!

    Tonite we are doing nothing original. Left over corned beef on rye sandwiches with the bestest mustard sauce around. Thats it! lol I have been in a rut on what to make for dinner too.. but that maple chicken sounds heavenly!!!
