I have just had a horrible Easter. I ended up spending the day in bed, with massive upper stomach pain and nausea. I thought I must be getting sick. I have never felt this before, at least not celiac related since the beginning when I was first diagnosed. I havent felt nausea as a gluten affect in over a year. Now, the dairy thing.. i just started using Bette Hagmans pizza crust in the gluten free gourmet bakes bread recipe, and even though it does say to pre bake it, I was at a pizza party and this is what the cook made for everyone (about 60 of us) and thru her experiments thru all these years, she does not bake the crust first, and believe me.. this crust came out crispy.. and bendable... -

Hi there. I am sorry you feel bad, I truly hope you feel better soon. You really just have to hike up your pants and just dive straight back into the diet.. I am not sure how long you have been gluten free, but it does get easier, I know in the beginning it doesnt seem like it, but it does. When you have those cravings you need to fix up yourself something... -
All restaurants on Disney property have to comply to Disney standards, which are way higher than their own restaurant chain, usually. They have to be educated and skilled in dealing with all types of food allergies and be able to accomodate almost all allergies. That is simply b/c they are on Disney property and are representing Disney. I havent been to...

My son is now 22 months. He has been gluten free since birth. He is partly b/c I am strict about a gluten free household, and my husband complies without complaint.
