    So it is an icy wonderland here. Roads aren't too slick. Ice all on the tress and power lines. A tree has lost some limbs and they came falling onto my husbands car. We can't move the tree right now it is frozen to the car. The winds are soon to pick up. I dread that.

    So John and I ventured outside to take some pretty pictures. We walk out to find a tree had lost its limbs and fell onto his car....it looks like there is no damage but we will have to wait until the ice melts to see if there any scratches.

    John has been smoke free for a month now, he quit when he got pneumonia...I am so proud of him.

    Having a baby is such a blessing. We have started the family discussions and John would like to start trying very soon. I am so glad to hear that. I cannot wait to have a baby. I have always dreamed of the day I became a mom.

    I forgot about the winds coming.... I hate that...iced power lines and wind.....something tells me it may be a very chilly Sunday!

    Yep, I have had brusing, it is very normal. When I was doing IVF treatments last year, some of the shots I took in my stomach I would get very ugly brusing, it just means you hit a vein, harmless.

    I am in the storm path!!! I have my flashlights ready and matches for the gas stove in case we lose electricity. I have done my laundry and housework so I would be in mid-load if we lost power. We are expecting ice...and ice causes problems.

    We use Boar's Head brand or Hormel, sometimes Wegmans, it depends on what mood I am in at the deli counter.

    I take CC very seriously, for our new members just learning the ropes, having the CC exposure could mean the difference to them feeling better or worse. It is very important to stress the CC issue, it helps people weed out what is making them sick, they could be suspecting a safe food and all along it can be crumbs from the toaster or contaminated pots.

    Sillies I could have used you guys this afternoon. I was at Walmart and the people were so annoying and crowded.No parking....crying kids, angry parents....blah blah... I was secret santa shopping for my coworker.....everything she asked for (we ask for 3 things) was not in the store....so I think I am just going to do a Kohl's gift card.
