  1. I am sorry to hear you were in the ER. Just wanted to wish you well thoughts. I hope you are doing better today.
  2. OMG Michelle I didn't see it got changed, I am just sitting here at my desk trying to figure out what you meant...LOL This is too funny.
  3. If you have grainlessbaker products near their all-purpose flour is good.
  4. gfp summed it up, Cancer. That is the one thing that keeps me on my diet. Anyone can get cancer anymore, it is very common, but here is one thing I can do to prevent a form of it. I am taking care of myself. There are also a lot of others things which uncontrolled celiac can be linked to, other auto-immune diseases, personality changes due to not feeling...
  5. Something does look different on them, and it is hard to put your finger on it. I think Blake or Jordin as well, but present themselves well and have talent. Lakisha stands very stiff and sometimes looks very annoyed. As for Melinda one of my coworkers summed it up, they just cannot stand to look at her, in my honest opinion I cannot see her as the...
  6. I think that was the my high point of the show, when he told her that. But I think she is going from the little miss innocent to the biggest attitude on the show lol paula
  7. I have to admit I was glad to hear Simon tell Melinda to stop the surprised act. I was worried Sanjaya was going to make it too. John was predicting it...I was praying it would not happen. I still cannot believe he was crying.
  8. I hope next week will be much more fun. This week has just been very busy for me, and my mind has been elsewhere, so I haven't focused on any of my TV shows I love. I didn't watch dancing with the stars either. I have it rough at home, John liked Sanjaya....so we had some Idol battles. Silly.
  9. You know I didn't even watch last night. I was busy making my sisters Baby basket and wrapping the presents. John watched and he told me Sanjaya was crying...and I just reassured him that I question his sexuality. He is very feminine. I hope I am allowed to say that. So if I offended anyone, I am very sorry. You are right, what we will have to talk about...
  10. Boy do we think alike...one of them better be going home or I am going to find something else to do on Tuesday nights.
  11. It is not exactly a place, they are a family owned company located in NEPA. They sell their products in stores in the surrounding states. They continue to expand too. I am so glad. www.grainlessbaker.com Their site has a listing of stores where you can buy their products.
  12. My mom watched and she is an old-time country fan, into Dolly Parton. She really didn't think these songs sounded very country. I would have liked to hear them sing a Dixie Chicks song.
  13. I am just not a Chris fan. I liked him in the beginning for the first week and then it went downhill.
  14. I did forget about the Thai Kitchen, great idea Nicole. Those would be very easy, just add the water.
  15. Happy Birthday!!!! Hope your day was great!!!
  16. We were at the vet and didn't get to see the begining. I was not too amused last night. It was hard to keep my attention. I am not a big country fan to begin with but I don't think it was that. I have to say Blake was not that great. I do like Jordin. I was in the laundry room for Sanjaya although I did catch the hair. I think I missed Haley's spunkiness...
  17. The Grainless Baker is who I choose to make my own gluten-free wedding cake. My family lives near their homebase in Lake Ariel so when I am home we go to the Bakery in Moosic. When I am here, I just go to the Dillsburg store and grab what else I want. The butterfly cookies are to die for as well. John loves the Macademias and he is not even gluten free.
  18. When our nurses celebrated us a few weeks ago, they each brought us a plant. It was nice since they each picked one out according to our personalities. Pot Lucks are always fun. You can put a spin on it too, a lot of times my office does Pot Luck breakfasts, and it is a surprise to everyone. How many people are you appreciating? That will help us...
  19. This is a tough call. Cheating just seems so natural since people cheat on other diets, so I guess that is why we use the word cheat with gluten. Hmm...I like the Side Winder...
  20. My prayers are with the families, students, and staff at the college. This is a horrible event.
  21. If you are into fantasy, The Wizard of Oz series was neat. I also still enjoy Colonial Books and life on the frontier. The Diary of Anne Frank I am not sure if you are into Thrillers....Dean Koontz is very good. I love Twilight Eyes, The Funhouse, and Phantoms. There is a another but I cannot think of it offhand.
  22. I recently read There are no children here, about Chicago's Public Housing. I enjoyed it.
  23. Ok...I got this mixed up...I read it wrong...sorry guys.
  24. I don't have a problem with dairy but I never really had much milk. As a child I did not drink it period. I never liked it. My mom's friends used to be all over her that I was going to be missing out on all these nutrients...The dr said as long as I am getting my fluids and vitamins somewhere I would be fine. If I use milk in my house I buy the single serve...
  25. Jenny- Don't feel selfish, if you are going to be spending time with him and caring for him the last thing on your mind should be worrying about yourself being sick. You will not have any fridge at all? This might be a little tough though, coming up with an entire weeks worth of meals. You can get some dry cereals and buy milk in the cafe, You can bring...
