    Which brands of L-Lysine are Gluten-free ? Also - you have had EB for 2 years!? The doctors told me 6-12 month recovery to get back where I was.     I have to admit that I was shocked that I had no tummy symptoms from eating gluten again. I used to get so sick from even the slightest cross-contamination, but honestly, the doc said my biopsy and everything looked perfect inside, so perhaps staying so perfectly gluten-free healed everything.     Thanks for your answers. I have been urinating all day, since I am drinking so many fluids. Just no bowel cleansing yet. And frankly, this feeling of throwing up is out of control. I cannot even drink that last glass of miralax and gatorade...it keeps coming back up... There are no contact numbers on my prep sheet, but I guess I can just call my doc...

    Hi everyone, I am having my 2nd endoscopy and 1st colonoscopy tomorrow at 1pm.     I followed the SCD diet for about a month during my healing process. I have never felt better - Honestly! My stomach was so calm and digestion worked better than I ever remember.     Hi everyone, I decided to try Outback today for the first time - ever. My friend and I are both on gluten free diets, so we ordered from the gluten-free menu. It's weird that it has no prices.     Hi there, Gluten is only a problem when it is ingested, so you don't need to worry about things that you don't eat. Make-up and creams are a thing to watch out for, though.     Yes, activated charcoal is recommended for celiacs. Both my nutritionist and my doctor recommended it to me, and it really does work. In fact, I have given some to others with severe GI symptoms and they thought I was a genius. ha ha ha I would NEVER EVER be without a bottle in my purse! Kat
