    I would say it's a coffee problem. Coffee is pretty harsh and can tear your stomach up. Personally, sometimes I can have it, sometimes I'm not so lucky. Try cutting out the coffee and don't change anything else and see if that makes a difference.

    Yeast is gluten-free in and of itself. A lot of those lists are outdated and are from the days when they thought vinegar had gluten. Unless it's malt vinegar, it doesn't.     Well said, Tiffany. And no reason for us to piss of all these companies unnecessarily. Especially when they didn't lie about their ingredients and didn't market it as gluten-free to celiacs (or to celiacs at all).

    NO!!! There is no cure for celiac, only a treatment. The only treatment for celiac is the gluten-free diet. Period. It's a genetic autoimmune reaction, not something that can be stopped, only prevented.

    I take midol without any problems, when I called them they said it's gluten-free, since the starch is corn. The overwhelming majority of pills, especially otc, are made from corn starch. They're making a CYA statement there. Alternatively, catnip tea is supposed to be good for periods.

    I'm 98% sure both of those would be gluten-free. As far as cotton candy goes, there are two major brands: Flossine and Flossugar. I'd ask them to see the box/can or call the company real quick.

    Yes, for me it seems to be the large quantities of tapioca starch that does it.

    There's also a phenergan suppository that works really well, though icky. Better than needles or throwing up the liquid!

    Good luck! The tests for mono don't always come back positive even if you have it, it depends on how far along you are. I hope they figure out what's wrong!

    I don't think flax seed oil is meant for cooking, I think it has a really low smoke point. I would add the oil to my salads. Eggs have a lot of Omega-3's

    Heinz ketchup is definitely gluten-free. The vinegar is distilled from corn. Even if the vinegar were made from another grain, distillation makes it gluten-free. Also, heinz mustard and relish are also gluten-free. Hellmans (or best foods depending on where you are) mayo is gluten-free. Kraft ranch dressing is gluten-free.
