I usually make 2 loaves at once, so that it lasts for a few days. I measure out the dry ingredients into 2 separate bowls, and the wet ingredients into 2 separate measuring cups, because it's awfully hard to separate the sticky batter evenly once it's mixed. I just wanted to suggest that you make sure that your tamari is wheat-free (to my knowledge, only San-J brand is, but maybe there are others), and that you get off coffee--maybe switch to green tea? Fascinating--thanks for posting this. I wouldn't bother getting the vaccine, though, unless you are at risk for hepatitis B (which is spread by contact with tainted needles and/or sexual contact). And even then, I would get a titre first to see if you have the antibodies. -

I'm just figuring that, whatever supposedly acceptable number they came up with, they got to it by using biopsies for their data (to show damage). I bet most celiacs WOULD react to 200 ppm. -

I agree with Shay. Many of us here had acid reflux caused by gluten. Funny, I always assumed that it was the pasta sauce causing it--and all the time, it was the pasta, not the sauce. I also disagree with lots of carbs, especially gluten-free bread products. Brown rice and potatoes are fine in moderation, but should not be the core of your diet!
