Is everyone ready for the Top 12 tonight? I predict Randy will say, "it was just alright for me, a little pitchy, kind of slow in the beginning, but you worked it out in the end". -
Thanks Collette, one more question.... Could I use canned lump crab meat? all these changes, I'm insulting your recipe

You and your family are in my thoughts.

ARCHIVED Irish Soda Bread
Green12 replied to gfgypsyqueen's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
I don't have a recipe but just wanted to mention the last couple of years for St Patrick's Day I have used Gluten Free Pantry's Scone & Irish Soda Bread Mix. I think they have since changed their packaging and it's just labeled Scone Mix, but I think on the side of the box they still have the recipe for making the Irish Soda Bread option. -

I am the queen of hives/rashes and have them frequently, that didn't change with the skin brushing, baths, the charcoal seems to make them less severe though. Have you been taking the baths continually, or did you just start them up again?? Anything new you started to take? I know you just recently started taking the charcoal, but I wouldn't think... -

No Andrea, I'm not on the Humaworm. But, one of my supplements has parasite stuff in it. I know, you would think at this point I would be used to talking about bodily functions like we always have, but for some reason when I was typing it out I was thinking it sounded tmi-ish Maybe that is it, course it could have just been mucous... -

That's a tough call Nyxie. For me, I did all this food testing and it was always changing according to what I was eating. Another thing, I would show up super allergic to all my safe foods even though they gave me no reactions when eating them and then they would say I had zero reactivity or problems with a lot of the foods I reacted badly to... -

Hey Joni, where you been?!?! I thought maybe you escaped from the cult I am with you on the Original Glo/Semi-Matte plan. I was reading a thread over on the EM community boards and lots of people are experiencing dryness and flaking with the Intensive and Matte, they seem to be formulations that are a little more drying. I need to order too... -

I love the ginger snap cookie flavor also. Key Lime Pie, Lemon Bar, and Chocolate Mint are my favorites. Cinnamon Roll is pretty darn good too. -

The last several years I have gotten a Wellshire Farms corned beef from Whole Foods. Welshire Farms products have an allergy code chart on the packaging "G F" is for gluten-free. -

Hi Lisa, Don't have anything to add to what Carla said, but have to agree with you that chlorine is awfully toxic. I researched it over he last couple of years since I swam competitively for years before getting sick, there's a mercury connection as well. I'm not Donna, but I wear the same make-up and belong to the same crazy make-up cult It... -

Welcome to the forum Mindy All these diet changes are overwhelming at first, then cooking for a crowd on top of it all is definitely an added stress. Once you learn more about the diets Dos and Dont's and get the hang of modifying your meals it will become routine! What about a nice gluten-free Ham and all the sides, like roasted potatoes... -

Nyxie, it's very common to have allergies/intolerances show up to what you are currently eating, or those staple foods you have been relying on. With leaky gut whatever you are eating you will eventually become intolerant to. You can cut out all these foods and find a few that are ok, but as you keep ingesting them the signal will be oh, this is a foreign... -

Pink Me Up Pink is great. Anyone new to mineral make-up, or if you are needing a refresher I found this link to a video tutorial series that someone posted on the EM community boards: Open Original Shared Link It is extremely helpful for showing how to apply foundation, but also goes over so many other things like concealer and... -

That's a good idea for your daughter's b-day! With the Mint concealor, I just take my concealer brush and use the tiniest amount, I mean a very tiny amount, and really blend it in to the ruddy areas, anywhere there is red or a broken capillary. I think using a small amount and the blending is key to not get that green "Kermit" look Try... -

A Patti sighting!! Same with the LLMD my ART lady works for. I was talking to her about why have I gotten so much worse after all that I have done over the years and while we can never pinpoint it to any one thing, anything that you do that stresses the body or that is too much for the body it really burdens the immune system and... -

I totally agree, more (or at a faster rate) is not always better. In my case anything I try to do to detox is too much, so it's very slow going. I was forbidden to do coffee enemas until I go to a place where my system could handle them. Enemas and colonics in general turned out to be very problematic for me. .....It's hard... -

Yes, that's good. I was going to add something to what I said in that last post, but I had a little glitch with my laptop A CBC is a good start, and then a la cart things are added on like the free t3 free t4 (I am thinking tsh might be already included in the CBC at least it was in the one I just had) But it could go on and on and on, I... -

Excellent idea Paula Donna you could always make a spreadsheet and color code your syringes and other paraphenalia for the shots as an extra reminder I've been sleeping a lot the last 2 months, I've noticed over the years when I start treating something the first few months I need naps and then I start getting stronger and don't need... -

Awww, that's so cute about your daughter. Chit Chat seems to be a popular color, lots of people love it, I hope it works for you. I have the multi-tasking foundation shade and reading the concealer descriptions it states that the concealer and foundation are pretty much the same, so I figured I didn't need to try it I like both the Sunlight and...
