  3. mine is low back, my calves are tight and rear ankle area seems to be inflammed? also have knots on back ankle area (calcification)? I thought those were from wearing pumps all the time for years. (Don't wear them anymore).

  5. I just read on the scd info board about a salt issue - you say you are having problems with that-- "salted nuts have starch on them. Salt can have DEXTROSE put into it.   20. I had relatives in california who used to dry items in the sun. Tasted good and would like to know how they did it. Not doing soy now. so need a substiute protein for my smoothies. Now I add some walnuts along with my flax oil and fiber. It is good.
