    Hi Cecile - back pain - had that about a week ago and I never get that (bought a new mattress) anyway...I found my heating pad and it went away. I did boost my calcium and magnesium. I love that thing. I am still sleeping with it!!!

    Did you ask them for a gluten free lunch? This might be the time to explain the seriousness of the disease and that you don't want to get sick.     Have you tried eating gentle foods like chicken soup? Eliminating corn and corn syrup helped me. Hope you feel better and let us know how the appointment turns out.

    Judy, Was that from the book "Gifts from the Sea?" Susan, I took St Johns Wort for depression when I needed it. Stress can definitely mess up our systems. Try to do some walking to relieve it. Take care of yourself. Prayers to you

    Eating more meat just makes me feel better and I feel like I have more energy. I still eat a lot of veggies and fruit but I have cut out the soy, milk, corn , nightshades. The protein helps me not to eat ALL the time

    Susan, I had the same thing happen to me a couple of months ago with those chips!!! I didn't know if it was the chips or the salsa then. It was the chips. I called Target and they said it could be cross contamination and sent me a $2.00 coupon They were really good - but not that good Hope you feel better. Call them and they will send you a coupon...

    Do you have a vaporizer? I run them in the winter to keep the virus stuff down. How about zinc (plain)? Sounds like you need to rest. Drink lots of good water. Hope you feel better.

    Have you tried fish oil and/or primrose oil? They help dry skin.

    Everything in there smells good! From what I could tell the lotions I looked at had gluten but not the creams. Used to buy the tranquil sleep but they don't have that anymore.     Missed alot here today. Took the pastor some Lentil Soup ( like at Carrabas). They have a good ice cream desert Rachel, and I don't usually eat ice cream but it is so good with sweet pecans.     A friend gave me some products from Bath and Body Works for my birthday-Does anyone use any particular product from there they could recommend? Going to the mall today.. (Cucumber Melon anti-bacterial moisturizing hand soap?) It looks ok. Used to go in there alot until I went gluten-free since I am not sure about their products. Thanks
