  3. If you find out something, you either have to act on it, or knowingly do something that damages you. If you don't try the test, you don't have to worry about finding out anything.
  4. Maple syrup is mostly sucrose Open Original Shared Link (assuming you used real syrup), as are sweet potatoes Open Original Shared Link
  5. Your child will grow up understanding the relationship between food and health. This is a gift very few parents seem to give their children these days.
  6. Oh yeah, this too. I was so disgusted by the way you were treated that I forgot to welcome you.
  7. This "consultant" is an idiot. Find a real physician.
  8. My (limited) understanding of teen boys is that as long as it isn't green, it's predefined as edible.

  18. More fiber than you are used to eating will change your bowel movements. If you feel like your moving towards more formed stool, and away from straight diarrhea, then it would seem like you're moving in the right direction. If you still think everything is random, you might want to consider other food issues, but do give yourself a couple weeks to let your...
  19. Did you switch to whole foods? Or are you eating processed substitutes?
  20. Yes, but it's one of them. A molecule is the smallest particle of a substance that retains the chemical and physical properties of the substance and is composed of two or more atoms; a group of like or different atoms held together by chemical forces. Hard to activate the immune system through your nose with a single molecule, or even a group of single...
  21. I'm with Lisa on this one. Peptides aren't airborne - molecules are. For a peptide to be airborne, you will have actual particulate matter, and smelling it is uncommon. You smell molecules, not proteins. Also, keep in mind that Dr O'Bryan is a chiropractor, not an immunologist.
  22. I want one! All we get is swampy yards and flooding streets.
  23. Ghirardelli white mint dark chocolate squares.
