  9. I would guess that your threshold is a bit higher than some. It takes a couple days of eating for your antibody response to build up to the point where you feel the symptoms. I guess you could approach this two ways; you could think "oh, it'll be fine if I have a bit of gluten once in a while" or you can think "I'm lucky that I m not as hyper-reactive...

  21. There are only genes associated with celiac disease. None that have been shown to cause it. Your GI is smart to disregard them. Go with how the diet makes you feel.
  22. It's just food. It's not worth letting it control you. Trust yourself and your decision. No more gluten.
  23. I absolutely agree with this. Get her completely healthy before you start trying other foods.
  24. Oh, I see. Two weeks shouldn't be long enough to affect the results, although every person is different. Go for it, if you can fit it in.
