which is the best machine to use in an cardio gym too burn fat of ur bottom as i have used both types of leg machines but dont really no which is the best????

Cardio is going to trim down your whole body. If you are specifically targeting your backside :), then you need to do some weight bearing exercises specifically targeted to do your glutes/hams/quads. That way you are hitting it both ways, building up lean muscle while burning the energy stores.

lunge and squat baby.....it is AWEFUL but it works! incorporate a medicine ball holding arms straight infront of you while you do your work out and...yeah.....sometimes your own body weights' resistance works the best. This way you can get on it anytime.

Is there a stepmill at your gym? Those will do the trick. A step mill is the one that has actual stairs that move, unlike the stairmaster, which makes you move your feet back and forth in a climbing motion.

Or, if you use something such as the cross trainer or elliptical, make sure to keep your feet completely flat (it will give you a better arse work out that way ;) )
