Anyone have any trouble with Miracle Whip?  I'm wondering if there is cross-contamination issues with the mustard flour?

ditto.

I haven't looked at the label recently as we don't use anything like that.  But I think it is considered gluten-free from past info.  It  is a Kraft so they will clearly label anything derived from gluten.

looking at the label right now:

water, soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup, vinegar, modified cornstarch, eggs, salt, natural flavor, mustard flour, potassium sorbate as a preservative, paprika, spice, dried garlic.

well, there's 3 of the big 8  (is it 8?  lolz) - now, cootiegirl, WHY on God's green earth, would you zoom in right on the poor helpless mustard flour??  especially when it is listed toward the end of the ingredient list, well beyond the soy, corn and eggs.......

it IS gluten free, btdubs.

And it isn't like mustard flour is likely to be made in a what flour factory! Lol

We use it and we have never had a gluten reaction.

Because I don't have any issues with soy, corn, or eggs.  I don't use mayo very often - in fact I usually end up throwing out at least 3/4 of the jar because it expires while sitting in the fridge.  But I read where there can be cross-contamination issues with mustard seed powder (not sure if this is different than "mustard flour") and just wanted to see if anyone had ever had any issues with it.

Exactly the response I was hoping for.  Thanks!

(didn't want to be scared of the deviled eggs)

The main thing that scares me about deviled eggs is the fact that someone may have made them with a CC'ed jar of mayo. If you can verify that the mayo is gluten free and that the person making them didn't CC them, probably no reason to stay away.

just trying to keep mustard flour out of the doghouse......... :)

Nope - these deviled eggs were made by me.  And I live alone in a 100% gluten-free apartment.  :)

Lucky you!  I can only eat eggs baked in something.  Hey, at least I got that back!  But that's another thread……Ha! :D Enjoy that Miracle Whip!

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
