I want to learn how to do more with polenta. Any suggestions? :)

I'm trying these tonight (minus the ham!) Open Original Shared Link
Usually I cook it up then pour it into little tubs to solidify in the fridge. I then cut it into sticks or slices to do what I want with. One of my favourites is sticks of polenta covering the bottom of a baking dish, scatter chopped blue cheese over it, then tomato sauce, then eggs. Bake in the oven at 180 (centigrade) until the eggs are baked. Nice with other veggies (like peppers) too.

At a local restaurant they deep fry sticks and serve them with parmesan on top. Delicious! The sticks are just about 1/2 inch or so thick and wide and maybe 4 inches long.

I used to chill it in baking sheets (the same way you would to make sticks) and cut it into shapes and fry it to serve with chicken parm. I also just love fried polenta.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
