i am pastry chef but i never worked with flour I worked in different industries.And my dental hygienist said that i may have celiac because my teeth enamel is really bad. i lost 3 teeth by age 23
I have stinky diarrhea at least one day at week sometimes with blood sometimes with slime sometimes my belly hurts after meals sometimes i have constipation i feel tired and depressed all time .When i have period i have real bad cramps and high temperature with diarrhea. So now i am waiting for my doctor appointment i am worried that these problems are just stress or they can be celiac.I wonder i f have celiac should i have diarrhea daily i dont know what teeth has to to with flour

Welcome!  You could have celiac disease.  You have already taken the first step by asking for help and setting up an appointment with your doctor.  Here is the list of tests:

 
-Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA and (tTG) IgG
-Deamidated Gliadin Peptide (DGP) IgA and (DGP) IgG
-EMA IgA 
-total serum IgA and IgG (control test)
 
 
-endoscopic biopsy - make sure at least 6 samples are taken
 
VERY IMPORTANT:  Keep eating gluten daily until ALL testing is complete or the tests can be inaccurate.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder triggered by consuming gluten found in wheat, rye and barley.  It damages the small intestine causing malnutrition which in turn can damage your teeth, bones, all sorts of things!  The University of Chicago's celiac website is as great place to start learning.  Here is just one page about symptoms:

Thanks i have my dentist today and i will ask a little bit more .Because i was surprised when dentist said did you had gastroscopy i believe that something is wrong with your stomach and dental hygienist said i believe that flower may destroy your teeth.So now comes the waiting part i hope that i will soon know whats wrong with me.And also thanks for link

The usual testing process for celiac disease is first blood tests to check for anti-bodies to gliaden( a protein in gluten).  And then an endoscopy to take 5 or so biopsy sample of the small intestine.  They check the biopsy samples for a specific type of damage that shows up sometimes in celiac disease at times, usually after the disease has progressed for a while.  In the early stages the intestinal damage may not show up though.

Celiac damages the lining of the small intestine making it hard for the body to absorb nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fats, etc).  So lots of body organs are affected when that happens.

Because it is auto-immune the reactions are different from a food poisoning or temporary stomach bug.  The celiac auto-immune reaction can got on for weeks to months before tapering off.  It doesn't take much gluten to start the reaction either.

Once you get diagnosed and start the gluten-free diet you will be n your way to recovery.  your symptoms might match Crohn's disease or some other gastro condition also, so it is important to get tested before starting the gluten-free diet.

yes it's true i have really good dentist and dental hygienist...she told me that my teeth are melting .She still thinks celiac or reflux.Doctor thinks Crohn's disease also lucky for me am almost in line for doctor.And then i believe that blood test will be soon.For biopsy i ll have to wait at least 3 months I also don't plan to go gluten free until i am sure if i have celiac

Hi its me again i have gastroenterologist in 12 february (probably blood tests)and then endoscopy in 3 months. 

I had dentist he again mentioned celiac and we had a realy long talk about it he explaind to me all about gluten and celiac he knows someone with celliac.He told me that i may have only gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity (is it the same thing?) but he is 100% sure that gluten is bad for me.
So he told me cut gluten even if i dont have celiac .So now i made bucket list of all my favorite gluten food that i like .So now i am searcing for my favorite food but gluten free replacments i am not buying food yet but it looks that i have aproxmnatly 3months until tests are done.Or if tests came back negative i will start gluten free food when ill get the job.But sadly i must be prepared to go gluten free

Just make sure you don't go gluten free until ALL testing is done including the endoscopy. It is true that there is no test yet for non celiac gluten intolerance/sensitivity. There is still a lot of research yet to be done on that. At this point, they believe it may damage you neurologically -- at least that's the last I heard. 

It is wonderful that your dentist is so knowledgable about celiac but you need to tell him to NOT tell anyone to go gluten free UNTIL all testing is completed. And to tell them not to even do a "trial" to see how they feel off of gluten. The reason is that most celiacs who have been off of gluten for a "trial" react MUCH more strongly when they have to go back on gluten for testing -- often they get far too sick to complete the time needed eating gluten for testing; and then they end up not being able to get a diagnosis.

Me again I have a belly piercing for almost 10years a year ago i had127 pounds and no problems with it.Now a year later i have105 pounds(so i lost weigt) but my piercing is too tight and its imposible to have it in belly i  had to remove it.Is that a sign of bloating stomach?

      @Scott Adams That's actually exactly what I ended up asking for— vodka tonic with Titos.  I saw on their website that Tito's is certified gluten-free (maybe many of the clear vodkas are, I don't know, I just happened to look up Tito's in advance). I should have actually specified the 'splash' though, because I think with the amount of tonic she put in there, it did still end up fairly sweet.  Anyway, I think I've almost got this drink order down!

      Be interesting to see the effects of dairy reintroduction with gluten. As well as milk protein sensitivity in and of itself the casein part particularly has been shown to mimic gluten in about 50% of celiacs. Keep us posted!

      She has been dairy free for six years, so she’d already been dairy free for two years at her last testing and was dairy free for the entire gluten challenge this year as well (that had positive results). However, now that we’re doing another biopsy in six weeks, we decided to do everything we can to try to “see” the effects, so we decided this past week to add back in dairy temporarily for breakfast (milk and cereal combo like you said).

      Hi Christiana, Many thanks for your response.  Interestingly, I too cannot eat wheat in France without feeling effects (much less than in the US, but won't indulge nonetheless).  I also understand children are screened for celiac in Italy prior to starting their education. Wise idea as it seems my grandson has the beginning symptoms (several celiacs in his dad's family), but parents continue to think he's just being difficult.  Argh.  There's a test I took that diagnosed gluten sensitivity in 2014 via Entero Labs, and am planning on having done again.  Truth be told, I'm hoping it's the bromine/additives/preservatives as I miss breads and pastas terribly when home here in the states!  Be well and here's to our guts healing ❤️

      Lol that’s so true! Hope you get clarity, it’s tough when there’s doubt. There’s so much known about celiac disease with all the scientific research that’s been done so far yet practically and clinically there’s also so much unknown, still. Out of curiosity what’s her dairy consumption like? Even compared to early years to now? Has that changed? Calcium is dependent in the mechanism of antigen presenting cells in the gut. High calcium foods with gluten grains can initiate inflammation greater.  This is why breakfast cereals and milk combo long term can be a ticking time bomb for genetically susceptible celiacs (not a scientific statement by any means but my current personal opinion based on reasoning at present). Milk and wheat are the top culprits for food sensitivity. Especially in childhood. There are also patient cases of antibodies normalising in celiac children who had milk protein intolerance/ delayed type allergy. Some asymptomatic. There were a couple of cases of suspected celiacs that turned out to have milk protein intolerance that normalised antibodies on a gluten containing diet. Then there were others that only normalised antibodies once gluten and milk was eliminated. Milk kept the antibodies positive. Celiac disease is complicated to say the least.
