What does this error code mean? It also says I do not have permission to view this content. I've gotten this several times on different threads in the last week or so. I'm just wondering if this is a glitch or what?

I have no clue.  Gremlins? Gluten in the system?

Have you logged out and then logged back in?  I did an internet research and other forums say  2F173/H is a login error.

Yes, make sure your browser or fire wall are not blocking cookies, and try clearing your cookies and logging back in.

squirmingitch Veteran

Thank you, I will try that.

I did log out, clear cookies & log back in. Everything seemed fine until a little while ago. I tried to give Karen a "thumbs up". I got a message saying that I did not have permission to give this poster reputation. Go figure. Must be gluten related.:D:D:D

That was me on the last post you made there. It's very strange that it gave me that message. I could not see the reputation until just now.

Well anyway I'm glad it actually worked.

For a bit there I wondered what you had done that was so bad that no one was allowed to give you reputation.:lol::lol:

I gave both of you a "like" and it worked!

I am not sure what you are trying to say?  Why do you want to get an error code?

Adasmama Newbie

This is really weird, I didn't post that and it was posted the times. Did someone hack my account?!

to me, it looks like you posted it.  Does it look like that to you?  Did you get a notification that I responded to your post?  I'll try to alert Admin

Adasmama Newbie

I just got a notification that you responded to my post.

Whoa!  Sounds like the computer system got glutened!

kareng Grand Master

I sent Admin a message.  It sounds like a post he would make.  Not sure why the system used your "name" for it.  Sorry.  Hope we didn't interrupt anything fun!  :)

Weird, I was running an update during this time...not sure what happened but the server was having some issues during this time which I was working on.

Adasmama Newbie

Thank you, it's no problem! I just wanted to make sure my account wasn't  hacked or something.

You are right to be proactive, as research does indicate that individuals with celiac disease can have a higher predisposition to enamel defects, cavities, and periodontal issues, even with excellent oral hygiene. While many people with celiac successfully undergo orthodontic treatment without complication, your caution is valid. It may be beneficial to seek a consultation with an orthodontist who is familiar with managing patients with autoimmune conditions or who is willing to collaborate with your daughter's gastroenterologist or a periodontist. They can perform a thorough assessment of her current oral health, discuss your specific concerns about recession and decay, and create a tailored hygiene plan. This second opinion could provide a clearer risk-benefit analysis, helping you decide if addressing the cosmetic concern of the lower teeth is worth the potential risks for your daughter, especially if they are not currently affecting function or her confidence.

It's strange because I'm pretty sure not too long ago I picked up a loaf of bread with B vitamins, but I can't find a single one now.  Probably cutbacks, everyone's trying to save money now!
    • Scott Adams
Eating grains typically depletes certain B vitamins, so I'm not sure why they decided to fortify with calcium and iron, but hopefully we'll see more B vitamin fortification in gluten-free products going forward.

@HAUS, I was at an event in the UK a few years back. I remember ringing the restaurant ahead to inquire about the gluten free options. All I wanted was a few gluten free sandwiches, which they provided and they were delicious. The gluten-free bread they used was Warbutons white bread and I remember mentioning it on this site before. No harm in trying it once. It's fortified with Calcium and Iron. https://www.warburtonsglutenfree.com/warbs_products/white-loaf/ The only other gluten-free bread that I've come across that is fortified is Schar with Iodized salt, nothing else.
