There are many different flavors - all I have seen are gluten free. Some Health Food Stores carry them.

They cost about $2.00 though I got some at $1.50 each. They are cheaper online by the carton but shipping negates the price advantage. Claire

These sound really good- does anyone know any specific stores that carry them? I couldnt find them at my local health food store, and id love to try them before ordering online...

They ship UPS so I would think they ship to Canada. Try an order. It will not go through check out if they don't ship there

Give information to your local health store. Most will bring in a new item that is recommended. Our newest store now as four new products that I asked them to bring in. All are selling well so likely to be kept.

I went to a Celiac Support group meeting last month and they had samples of Elev8me! bars. They are really good. I haven't found them in any of the stores that I go to and they are a bit expensive on line. Has anyone seen them?

Those look good and healthy! I'm going to check and see if I can get them around here.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
