The Glutened tooth brush

Just wanted to do a bit of a PSA about this since I overlooked it myself and had a DUH moment. So glutened a few weeks ago....still have D on and off....ok wtf gives?! I think it is my TOOTHBRUSH! I brush after every meal...well I know a food I ate a few weeks back was CCed....but I threw it out cleaned the dishes but still having issues....after breakfast and dinner....which I brush my teeth after....yeah it is the tooth brush. I made the connection after not brushing for 2 days in a row as I expected to be running to the bathroom soon after...but nothing...brushed late then BAM few hours later in the bathroom dual purge.

Moral of the story if you suspect you glutened yourself or got CCed get a new tooth brush or you might be living with CC constant for weeks til you get a new brush......might just be use super sensitive folk.

Same thing goes if you've had a cold sore, dental work, mouth sores, a cold or the flu!

Also consider a tooth paste without sodium lauryl sulfates.

Hello everyone, I am a young adult living with both Celiac disease and achalasia. I am looking for some inspiration to start raising awareness for people with Celiac disease on instagram. Please reach out to me if you have any tips and ideas on what is important to share to the world.
