Gluten Free Pizza May Not Be Guten Free!

The GMA show on ABC News did an undercover test of pizza restaurants in New York that offered gluten free pizzas and when questioned, said they were safe for celiacs.  They were assisted by the Gluten Free WatchDog who sent the pizzas out for testing.   Not all were!  Be careful!

I would never eat (or even walk into) at a place with gluten flour flying around.  It's just humanly impossible to not have contamination unless it's 100% dedicated gluten free.

      Ibuprofen

      Thank you.. Christina My anxiety is through the roof. I think it was from eggs. I really don't know because my eyes feel sore. Like I'm allergic to them. I was defient in B12. My heart is pounding and it won't stop. Not sure what to do. I don't have much support other than this forum. Colleen

      Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

      Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

      Coeliac and Thyroid?

      Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
