"Patients with DQ2, half DQ2 and/or DQ8 are predisposed to celiac disease. A negative result essentially rules out celiac disease.    Celiac disease can present with gastrointestinal symptoms and/or widely variable non-gastrointestinal findings such as iron deficiency anemia, dermatitis herpetiformis, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, short stature, neurologic symptoms, and many more. Gastrointestinal symptoms are present in fewer than 50% of cases of systematic celiac disease."   Celiac HLA DQ Association

What prompted you to get this test? Have you had other symptoms?  Blood tests or biopsy?

A IgG °2

Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies (tTG-IgA) test will be positive in about 98% of patients with celiac disease who are on a gluten-containing diet. ... The same test will come back negative in about 95% of healthy people without celiac disease... The tTG test is the most sensitive test for celiac disease.

Doctor's opinion?

Do you perhaps have vitamin D plasma, homocystein, B12, folate test results that might indicate nutritional deficiencies and inflammation?

While this test is accurate, there are other autoimmune diseases that can give this response, Having other autoimmune diseases does not preclude Celiac Disease.

Your choice is get more complete testing done and a Celiac endoscopy biopsy done, or if you don't care about a medical diagnosis, start a strict gluten free diet and evaluate.  Malabsorption Syndrome is common in Celiac Disease so pay attention to your essential nutrient intake.  Your symptoms will help guide you to what you need to supplement. Low or deficient Vitamin D seems to be ubiquitous in all the autoimmune diseases so a good place to start.

Interesting, when I suffered for a few months with ectopics I noticed that carbohydrates would cause indigestion and bloating in my stomach, then that would lead to my heart skipping beats, and I could feel it in my throat, it was very unsettling.  My last serious bout of this was after eating a Muller Rice Pudding for breakfast.   I happened to be wearing a 48 hour halter at the time and cardiology picked it up, but they weren't worried about what they saw. There was some British doctor who'd made some videos on the Vagus nerve that I remember watching at the time which made sense of what I was experiencing, there did seem to be some sort of connection.

I asked my cardiologist about stopping vitamins.  He said his tests account for all detectable vitamins from sources other than food.  I only need to stop them for a couple of days.  He has me keep records of meds and vitamins I've ingested over the past 10 days and prior and he does his calculations.

Reply to treats I try and eat to bring up the glucose. Sometime I get up 3 times a night and eat something. I don't think food is the issue. A lot of the food they say should help doesn't.  Many mornings my level is 59 and I feel sick, sometimes for hours. It has been recommended I go to an Endocrinologist.
