5'1" and 3/8". I'm an inch taller than my mom. Yay tiny people!

I have read in multiple sources if you are still within a certain age range, then a celiac has the chance to recover stunted growth on a gluten-free diet.

I wish I had known that 10 years ago :(

Oh well, GREAT things come in small packages..

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
