I have leftover cooked chicken thighs in my fridge. What exciting thing can I do with them for tomorrow's dins? Was gonna cut them up and put them in wif pasta, but it's something I do so often.......

What about white chicken chili (was that mentioned already?)

I would say shred it and spice it up and use it as taco filling but you are already having tacos tonight......

What about a chicken stew with diced chicken, carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, and peas

Here was something nice that happened after the movie . . .

You know how whenever there is a dog movie or a dog plays a key role in a movie, it creates a demand for that breed of dog?? Well, Hotel for Dogs is now out and the Humane Society was in the lobby of the movie theatre with four dogs ready to be adopted . . . . . . one of which had already been snapped up. Skeeter is a huge animal fan and we had to visit with every dog. The funny thing was, that we both picked the same dog as our first choice . . . cute little (30lbs?) 1 yr old border collie/austrailian shepard mix girl. Lotsa hair though.

Another thing I do is add Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, simmer and serve alongside cornbread.

That's it!

Slice a pound of smoked sausage, a can of pineapple chunks in it's own juice, dump it together in a skillet or pot, heat til the sausage puffs up!

The two flavors compliment each other nicely. i usually serve it with peas.....very colorful
