So, I just uncapped a bottle of spring water. The side where my thumb was suddenly caved in and I got a geyser of water all over my face....down the front of my sweater....on my jeans.... :lol:

Good Gawd! If I stop conversation now by announcing I'm a research scientist, I'll actually cause people to leave if I let slip that I'm a biostatistician. Although.......I'll get more alcohol this way...... :P

I'm just about done too. Have to pick up a couple quick things today, wrap them, and then done!!! This year I wrapped as I went so no marathon wrapping session :rolleyes:

Boys have been busy wrapping gifts for me in the basement! Must be a lot of gifts cause they wrapped their Dad's and cousins' in minutes.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
