i would suggest calling the company as their products constantly change.

I always use Garnier Nutrisse, I always use the same color each time. My hair is waist length and very thick and since going gluten-free 5 yrs ago, it grows so fast. So I get the same brand, the same color, do the roots and blend it in as much as I can, so as not to damage my hair. I have not had a problem with this brand in 5 yrs.

I know that Loreal Feria is fine--I called and was told there were no gluten ingredients whatsoever!

If you want to use something that hasn't been verified here, it's always best to call the company :)

Does anyone know of a natural brand??

Jestgar Rising Star

There's always henna. It comes in a few different colors now.

Thank you all, I have been getting my hair done at a salon and never thought twice about it. I was trying to figure out why it was dry, brittle looking and everytime I brush it tons of hair comes out. A little better since I have been gluten-free, but not as nice as it did look. Now I will work on my hair. :)

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
