Here's A Good Appetizer Recipe

Pecan-stuffed Mushrooms:

1# lrg mushrooms (stuffin kind)

1/4 c. butter

3/4 c. chopped fine pecans

1/4 c.chopped parsley

1 sm.clove of garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp.salt

dash of pepper

3 tbsp. whipping cream

Separate caps from stems, chop stems fine.

Cream butter, add mushroom stems,pecans,parsley,garlic, salt & pepper, stir to combine.Blend in cream.Heap mixture into mushroom caps... Place in pan.

bake 325 for approx 20 to 25 minutes...

I alway get raves about these & they are so easy to make....

      Hello All I am traveling to Germany in October and will be in Berlin, Rothenburg ODT , Salzburg, Fussen and Munich.  I am also driving the northern part of the romantic road with stops in some of the smaller towns along the way.  I would really appreciate any recommendations for gluten-free friendly places, restaurants and any gluten-free beer gardens.  Thanks in advance, Laura
