Have Any Of You Tried These Products?

The only problem with ordering offline is that I can't sit and read the package! So I was wondering if any of you have tried these products...

Breads From Anna Mix 2 (Green Bag)- How do you prepare it? I wish it said online exactly what ingredients the bread calls for, since I have such terrible food allergies I'd like to know if the bread is even a possibility for me to bake, or make in my bread machine...

Craving's Place Pancake Mix- Can ya make em with water? I'm allergic to eggs and practically everything else that's yummy in pankcakes...I was just wondering if maybe this mix was a possibility for me.

Really Great Food's Muffin Mixes- How do ya make these? What do they call for?

Goodness, multiple food allergies can be such a pain. Anyone have any Nut free, Dairy free, gluten free, egg free, food suggestions?

Breads from Anna is awesome!!! Her specialty breads (like the banana bread, pumpkin, etc.) can be made in the oven. The regular breads that you would use for a sandwich (like the one in the green bag), she recommends making in the bread machine.

I've never tried the other products you asked about. I hear the Dietery Specialties blueberry muffin mix is good; but again, never tried it for myself.

Definately order the Anna's though!

Okay great! Thank you! Do you know if you can make it with water and egg replacer? Does it call for milk or milk substitute or anything like that? I don't think their website says anything about the exact ingredients and cooking method :(

Cravings Place are gluten-free, Egg and dairy free. I really like the coffee cake. The kids like the cookie dough because they can eat it raw (did that ever stop any of us when we wer little?)

And I love Julie's email address: queenofthekitchen

Craving's Place is in Bend, Oregon - where I lived for 20+ years. The owner is gluten-free and she really does put out some good products.

Kinnikinik has always been a staple too.

Thanks Scott. They are gluten-free but cross contaminated.

Hi there @MCAyr I have a small umbilical hernia which came about during my second pregnancy.   I can just about see it, and feel it, when I stand or sit, but it is far less noticeable when I lie down.  I always know when I am putting on weight because I can get pain and burning near the site, funnily enough not on the hernia itself but either side!  I would imagine bloating could cause the same effect as weight gain. In my case I don't think it is my bowel protruding but a bit of fat  - sorry,  I realise this isn't painting a very pretty picture.  But in truth it is scarcely noticeable.  It has never really got bigger in size. I was rather hoping that it could be operated on but here in the UK they don't seem to operate on every hernia anymore.  My GP isn't remotely worried about it. In a way, I should be thankful - it is like an early warning system that I need to go on a diet! Cristiana

The hernia description would likely be unrelated to celiac disease, but you'd need to get it checked out by your doctor to be sure it's a hernia.
