stopped eating gluten for a month and my skin cleared up so amazingly! like i was constantly having acne on my chin and then within the month, little by little my skin got better.

now that my doc is making me eat it for my endo, i am all broken out again. think theres a correlation? anyone ever heard of gluten affecting acne?

I didn't have acne, exactly, but when I went gluten-free, the occasional breakouts on my chin vanished, too. :)

I know gluten affects the skin in different ways with different people. Some have itchiness, others get eczema--which I also had. Of course, DH is indicitive of Celiac.

My son had been broke out since he first started eating oatmeal cereal as a baby. It finally cleared up little by little after going gluten-free. Now I know when he has had a little something just by how smooth his face is.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
