OHMYGOSH, I just made these brownies and they are so good. Got the recipe from Recipe Czar and made it my own:

2 sticks butter, melted

1 cup cocoa

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 t. gluten-free vanilla

1 c. Bob's Gluten Free Flour mixture

1/2 t. salt

1 t. xanthun gum

1 c. nuts (optional) I didn't use

6 oz. mini chocolate chips---I did use

I mixed in my Kitchen Aid only on the lowest setting as it said in the original recipe to mix by hand---put the melted butter in the bowl and then the cocoa and blend, add the sugar and mix well, then the eggs-------one at a time, add the vanilla and salt and then the flour/xanthun gum and stir just until blended. Add the chocolate chips and/or nuts by hand. Bake at 350 in 13 x 9 greased pan for about 25 minutes, don't overbake. These are the best gluten-free brownies I have ever had and a LOT cheaper than a mix.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
