My husband and I ate at Bonefish Grill last night, and it was a great experience! They do have a gluten free menu, and the food was SO GOOD! I also love the atmosphere there. I think it's the first time I have eaten out, and didn't have any problems!! Just thought I would share.

When I visit my mother in Chicago we always go to bonefish too. It is a great place and hard to believe its the same company as outback which I've never been fond of.

My husband and I ate at Bonefish Grill last night, and it was a great experience! They do have a gluten free menu, and the food was SO GOOD! I also love the atmosphere there. I think it's the first time I have eaten out, and didn't have any problems!! Just thought I would share.

I too love Bonefish Grill! I tried it in Virginia while on vacation and was in heaven over the flourless brownie! Found out I have one near me in Denver :)

We love Bonefish! We eat there 3 or 4 times per month. We have experienced some issues though. DS has been glutened there 3 times. He was getting a plain chicken breast and was glutened 2 times in a row, so no more chicken. Then he started eating the saucy shrimp and brownie dessert. He was fine the first few times of eating that, but somehow was glutened when we ate there on Saturday night. He has diarrhea within 30-60 mintues after eating gluten and no sooner did we get home Sat night and he was in the bathroom. :( Sad thing is I can't figure out what it was. He had the saucy shrimp again (and I too ate the sauce). He also had the flourless brownie dessert, which I had a bite of. Only thing I can think of was some possible. It could be something as simple as the server touching the bread and then touching DS's straw for his drink, I guess. Maybe I didn't eat enough of what it was that glutened him to have a reaction myself? Who knows. I know it is always risky to eat out. It is just a shame that we went to celebrate his b-day and he ended up in the bathroom.

i've also had a few great experiences at the bonefish grill in brick, nj. excellent food, and they even made me the lemon drop martini with chopin vodka. yum. the saucy shrimp is soooooooooo good.

I love Bonefish. I've never had a bad meal there, and am always too full to try the flourless brownie. I need to start with that next time!

Bonefish is amazing! They were so nice about making sure everything was gluten free, and the flourless brownie was so good even the rest of my family got it and couldn't tell the difference. I had a ceasar salad, mashed potatoes, and steak, and loved it!

Love it! I recommend the lemon chicken with artichokes and the mashed potatoes. It is so nice to go somewhere without making a big deal and being constantly nervous. Gotta try that brownie!

      I'm no longer dealing with constipation. I got my liver test last month and it was in normal range. Two years ago I did have a vitamin D deficiency but I'm know taking vitamin D3 pills. Last month I got my vitamin D checked and it was in normal range. I don't believe I've had my choline checked. However, I do drink almond milk eat Greek yogurt on a daily...

      Hi all,  Looking for some advice. I started having some symptoms this past summer like night sweats and waking at 4 am and felt quite achy in my joints. I was training heavily for cycling for a few weeks prior to the onset of these symptoms starting. I have had low Ferratin for about 4 years (started at 6) and usually sits around 24 give or take. I was doing some research and questioned either or not I might have celiac disease (since I didn’t have any gastric symptoms really). My family doctor ran blood screening for celiac. And my results came back: Tissue Transglutaminase Ab IgA HI 66.6 U/mL Immunoglobulin IgA 1.73 g/ My doctor then diagnosed me with celiac and I have now been gluten free for 3 months. In this time I no longer get night sweats my joint pain is gone and I’m still having trouble sleeping but could very much be from anxiety. I was since referred to an endoscopy clinic to get a colonoscopy and they said I should be getting a biopsy done to confirm celiac. In this case I have to return to eating gluten for 4-6 weeks before the procedure. Just wanted some advice on this. I seem to be getting different answers from my family physician and from the GI doctor for a diagnosis.    Thanks,

Have you been supplementing Iron? How are your liver enzymes? Low levels of ferritin indicate iron deficiency, while  59% transferrin saturation indicates high iron levels.  Possibly indicating Fatty Liver Disease.  Choline is crucial for liver health, and deficiency is a known trigger for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver.  Some experts say that less than 10% eat the the Food and Nutrition Board established Adequate Intake that are based on the prevention of liver damage. Severe constipation and hemorrhoids may be linked to a bile or choline deficiency.  "Ninety-five percent of phospholipids (PLs) in bile is secreted as phosphatidylcholine or lecithin."  Fatty acid composition of phospholipids in bile in man   Deficiency of these bile salts causes the bile to get thick. Some people with Celiac Disease are misdiagnosed with Gall Bladder bile issues.  Removal of the gallbladder provides only temporary relief. Whether or not celiac disease or NCGS are your issues you need to look at your vitamin D blood level.
