I just read this on another blog. This is sooooo exciting!! I can't wait to try it.

Fortunately I have 4 Starbucks within a block of my office, so I'm pretty hopeful I'll easily find it :)

I'm excited about the thought of this! Do you know if all branches will be carrying this or will it only be at select locations?

The cake sounds exactly like a cake I make all the time already. It is YUMMY!! Can't wait to give theirs a try!!! Maybe then I won't have to make it so often.

This sounds great but I hope that they post the nutritional information about it asap so I can assess the fat content. Unfortunately, it is pretty hard to find good tasting food that satisfy the requirements I need, which are gluten free and low fat, due to medical restrictions. It is especially difficult to find baked goods that satisfy these requirements!

Due to the fact that they are using whole eggs, and almonds the fat content will be high. The ones I make I only use the egg white, and it is still fairly high in fat due to the almonds. Maybe you can split it with someone so you could at least try a bite?

That's a good idea, but I'm afraid that after taking a bite, I'd want the rest of it, which would mean disaster for my pancreas! but I still may indulge in a bite or two.

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
