along with stomach fullness, cramps, constipation, belching etc. Those chest pain/burn around collar bone sometimes even in upper back scary me a little. Can food allergy cause that?

Feeling like sh...or maybe some kinda of flu?

Yes, I get very similar symptoms. If you're not running a fever, you most likely don't have the flu.

yeah, I don't have a fiver, as matter of fact I have a little low temperature 97.8.

So you feel similarly because of food? how long did it last?

thanks

Have you ever had problems with your gall bladder?

no, although had some pain under right rib once for a week or two but CT and USG didn't show anything as well as my blood tests are perfect...

one more thing, one indication it can be from food allergy is my skin is very dry, some places like fish, red chick and have dandruff.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
