I have been using Burt's Bee's Radiance since being diagnosed and it is not doing the trick on wrinkles. I am over 40 and need a little help! I have heard several different views on the following gluten-free status: Olay regenerist, Avon wrinkle release, ROC, etc. I'm looking for a daily lotion with SPF. as well as a night cream. Does anyone recommend anything?

While wrinkles are a good deal genetic, diet plays a major role. Are you getting plenty of fat in your diet? Especially omega-3's? It's one of the best things you can do for your skin (not to mention a bunch of other systems :) ).

I have had good results from the Garneir Ultra Lift Pro line. It says on the jar you'll notice a difference the first night. I did. Not a big difference but after about a month it does seem to have helped with some of the deeper lines and with tone etc. It is both soy and gluten free, something that can be hard to find.

Exfoliation!!! I LOVE the Neutragena microderm-abrasion kit. I was starting to get crows feet, laugh lines and a crease between my brows. Within a month of using this thing 2-3x a week, I've noticed a HUGE difference. I follow that up with virgin coconut oil all over my face. My skin has never been so soft!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
