On Saturday I will be completely gluten free (with 2 cases of accidental glutening) for 3 full weeks. I was self-diagnosed after I graduated college this year, but stopped by to see some of my old professors who had to work over the summer. All of the people I saw remarked about how healthy I looked, even to my Band Director noting that my HAIR of all things looked healthier.

Sometimes it's hard to see just how much change happens until you run into people you haven't seen in a long time. I'm really glad I did.

I am glad you are making such good progress. It really makes the adjustment to the gluten free lifestyle so worth it doesn't it.

Congrats!!

Isn't just an amazing change!!!

I remember when I was consuming massive amounts of poison to get tested. I went to a local celiac group meeting and introduced myself to the woman that runs it. She remarked on how tired I looked and how deep the circles under my eyes were.

Now, three months later, she's pleased to see how much energy I have and how I have really just gotten so much more healthy. It makes the struggle all worthwhile to have you life back - and you hair too!!

Happiness indeed!!!

YAY!!!!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
