Good one! They should make all endocrinologists watch this.

Wow.... this is like someone recorded my visits to my Endo (only without the costumes...) Anyone have any suggestions on how to have this conversation with my Endo or information that I can take with me to get him to listen??? Unfortunately I live in a small town and I already have to drive an hr to see the Endo I have now so getting a new one isn't really an option.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
